Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using services provided by CV SAGAA TEKNOLOGI ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
Services
We provide bespoke technology solutions including but not limited to custom AI systems, enterprise software engineering, and cybersecurity solutions. The specific scope, deliverables, and terms of each project will be defined in individual service agreements or statements of work.
Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
- All pre-existing intellectual property remains the property of its original owner.
- Intellectual property developed during a project will be assigned as specified in the project agreement.
- Our website content, logo, and branding are our exclusive property and may not be used without permission.
Client Responsibilities
As a client, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information necessary for project execution
- Respond to requests for feedback or approval in a timely manner
- Ensure you have the rights to any materials or data you provide to us
- Make payments according to agreed-upon schedules
Payment Terms
Payment terms, including amounts, milestones, and due dates, will be specified in individual project agreements. Unless otherwise stated, invoices are due within 14 days of issuance. Late payments may incur additional fees as specified in the project agreement.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of our engagement. This obligation survives the termination of any agreement between us.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific services giving rise to the claim.
Termination
Either party may terminate a project agreement as specified in that agreement. Upon termination, you shall pay for all services rendered up to the termination date. We shall deliver any completed work product as agreed.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through good faith negotiation or, if necessary, through the appropriate courts in Indonesia.
